Running Metronome
Cadence plays a metronome beat at your chosen cadence (steps per minute). Start your music, podcast, or audiobook first, then open Cadence and hit Start — the beat plays underneath.
Tap the TAP button repeatedly in time with your running stride to automatically set your cadence.
Cadence keeps playing when you lock your screen or switch apps. Make sure your phone is not on silent.
